HBC-A Series
3-in-1 Busbar Machine
The PAYAPRESS HBC-A series are our flagship 3-in-1 busbar machines — a busbar cutting, punching, and bending machine that performs all three operations in one unit. Three separate motors (power packs) let three operators cut, punch, and bend at the same time, not in sequence — so one bar is being bent while another is punched and a third is cut, all simultaneously, for the throughput of three in a single footprint.
A 3 in 1 Busbar Processing Machine in a Single Frame
Working as a full busbar bending, cutting, and punching machine, one HBC-A replaces a saw, a press, and a bender. Unlike a standard 3 in 1 busbar processing machine that still handles one bar at a time, the HBC-A's three independent power packs let three operators work in parallel, each running their own station without waiting on the others. It comes in three capacities — HBC-A120 (up to 120 × 12 mm), HBC-A160 (up to 160 × 15 mm) and HBC-A200 (up to 200 × 20 mm) — each with a Handy manual or programmable automatic stopper.
A Copper Busbar Processing Machine Built for Panel Builders and Switchgear Manufacturers
The HBC-A is a copper busbar processing machine made for workshops where busbar preparation has to keep pace with panel assembly rather than slow it down. Control panel builders producing LV and MV switchgear use the three independent power packs to cut, punch and bend copper or aluminum bars for several panels at once, instead of queuing every bar through a single station. In a busy workshop, that parallel workflow is often the difference between a busbar bottleneck and a smooth production line.
Where This Busbar Fabrication Machine Is Used
Beyond the panel-building floor, this busbar fabrication machine is a common fixture wherever bars are made in volume. Switchboard manufacturers use it to prepare bars for distribution boards and motor control centres, while electrical enclosure fabricators rely on it for custom bus configurations in low- and medium-voltage cabinets. From OEM production lines to job-shop workshops, wherever busbar processing is a daily, high-volume task, the HBC-A's three-operator capacity turns a sequential process into simultaneous output.
Buying Direct From a Busbar Machine Manufacturer
PAYAPRESS has built bus bar processing machines since 1990 and supplies more than 1,500 clients in over 74 countries. Every HBC-A is designed, built and tested in-house, so spare parts, replacement dies and control components come from the source, backed by a one-year warranty and ten years of after-sales support.

Built for Panel Builders and Switchgear Manufacturers
The PAYA HBC-A is built for panel builders and switchgear manufacturers who need busbar prep to keep pace with panel assembly rather than slow it down. Control panel builders producing LV and MV switchgear rely on the machine's three independent power packs to cut, punch, and bend copper or aluminum bars for multiple panels at once, instead of queuing every bar through a single station. For busy panel-building workshops, that parallel workflow is often the difference between a busbar bottleneck and a smooth production line.

Wherever busbar cutting, punching, and bending are recurring, high-volume tasks — from OEM production lines to job-shop workshops — the HBC-A's three-operator capacity turns a sequential process into simultaneous output.

HBC-CP Series
Busbar Punching Cutting Machine
When bending isn't needed, the HBC-CP series is a dedicated busbar punching cutting machine. Two separate motors drive the cutter and puncher in parallel, so two operators work both stations at once — a major speed gain on high-volume cut-and-punch work. It comes as the HBC-CP120 up to 120 × 12 mm, HBC-CP160 up to 160 × 15 mm, and HBC-CP200 up to 200 × 20 mm, each with a programmable length stopper up to 20 positions for repeatable accuracy.
Busbar Punching Machine
As a busbar punching machine, the CP series places holes with a laser-guided center finder, using circle dies from M6 to M18, with oval and rectangle dies optional.
Busbar Cutting Machine
As a busbar cutting machine, it shears clean, needs no post filing or finishing, with the same programmable stopper controlling every cut for consistent results.
Practical Machine Fit for Panel Builders
The HBC-CP is built for panel builders and switchgear manufacturers whose work is mostly cutting and punching, with bending only an occasional need. Control panel builders and switchboard manufacturers producing LV/MV panels don't always need a bender running — many jobs call for shearing bars to length and placing holes, nothing more. For that kind of workload, paying for bending capacity that sits idle most of the day doesn't make sense, and the HBC-CP is built around that reality: two dedicated stations, no bending overhead to buy or maintain.
Why Panel Builders Choose a Dedicated Cut and Punch Machine
For panel builders and electrical enclosure fabricators running high volumes of cut-and-punch work, the HBC-CP's two independent motors mean two operators work in parallel instead of queuing through a single station — a real throughput gain over a 3-in-1 machine doing the same two jobs one after another. And because it skips the bending unit entirely, it costs less to buy, less to run, and takes up less floor space than a full busbar bending, cutting, and punching machine. For a panel-building shop where most orders never touch the bender, that's capacity you're not paying for and don't have to manage.

Frequently Asked Question
All you need to know about busbar fabrication machine
What is a busbar processing machine?
Industrial equipment that cuts, punches and bends copper and aluminum busbars for switchgear and panels — used once panel current passes ~125 A and busbars replace cables.
How much does a busbar bending cutting punching machine price depend on?
What is a 3 in 1 busbar machine?
Can one busbar fabrication machine handle both copper and aluminum?
Yes. The same machine processes copper and aluminum bars — only the die set changes for different hole diameters. Both soft and hard copper grades are supported.
What sizes can a copper busbar processing machine handle?
Our range covers 120 × 12 mm, 160 × 15 mm and 200 × 20 mm, with punch dies up to Ø26 mm. Choose the capacity that matches your largest bar, not your average one.
hat is the difference between a busbar bending machine and a busbar processing machine?
Two measuring systems — a 3,600-pulse rotary encoder and a 5-micron linear ruler — deliver repeatable, mark-free angles across high-volume runs.
