What Is the HBC-CP120?

The HBC-CP120 is a dedicated busbar cutting machine and punching that processes copper and aluminum busbar up to 120 × 12 mm. It has no bending station — as a focused busbar cutting machine and puncher, it runs both operations on two separate power packs. That dedicated design keeps cutting and punching fast and accurate.

As a copper busbar machine and aluminum busbar cutting machine in one, the HBC-CP120 delivers clean, burr-free busbar shearing and accurate holes on copper and aluminum up to 120 × 12 mm. Both stations run at once, so cut lengths and punched holes come off together. 

Automatic or Manual, with Programmable Positioning

The HBC-CP120 comes in two configurations. As an automatic busbar machine, the ES adds a programmable length stopper with up to 20 positions, absolute or incremental; the EH uses a handy manual stopper. A foot pedal drives automatic mode, a laser center finder locates holes, and rollers ease busbar movement — and it’s Industry 4.0 ready.
