HBC-CP200 Machine Versions: ES or EH

Both versions share the same two stations and the same 200 × 20 mm capacity. The difference lies in how the bar is positioned for each hole and cut.

• HBC-CP200-ES: a programmable length stopper. Enter the positions on the 7-inch screen and the stopper travels to them on its own, at up to 2 m/min. Well suited to repeat parts and batch work.
• HBC-CP200-EH: a manual length stopper, set by the operator. Well suited to mixed and one-off jobs.

Before a busbar goes anywhere else, it needs the right length and the right holes. The HBC-CP200 machine delivers both at its two stations:

• Round holes: from Ø4.5 to 27 mm, in bars up to 20 mm thick.
• Hole spacing: held to ±0.1 mm along the bar.
• Cuts to length: bars up to 200 × 20 mm, in lengths up to 4 m.
