HBC-CP200
What Is the HBC-CP200?
The HBC-CP200 is a dedicated busbar 2 IN 1 machine — a busbar machine with no bending station — built for copper and aluminum busbars up to 200 × 20 mm. Two separate power packs run punching and cutting independently, keeping both operations fast even on wider, thicker bars, with 2 operators able to work the machine simultaneously.
Built for Wider Busbars: Up to 200 × 20 mm
As a copper and aluminum busbar processing machine built specifically for high-capacity punching and cutting, the HBC-CP200 handles bars up to 200 mm wide × 20 mm thick — the sizes typically used in high-current distribution boards and large switchgear assemblies. A 200-bar hydraulic system, driven by an 8.5 kW power pack, punches and shears thick busbar cleanly on every stroke, punching holes up to Ø26 mm. Choose the HBC-CP200 over the HBC-CP160 when your bars run past 160 × 15 mm and you need dedicated punch-and-cut throughput without paying for a bending station you won’t use.
Stable, Floor-Mounted Setup
Unlike the wheel-mounted HBC-A series machines, the HBC-CP200 sits on a fixed base, giving it a stable, permanent footprint suited to continuous, high-throughput production. It runs on standard 380 VAC three-phase power at 50 Hz and fits into a 245 × 148 × 180 mm footprint. Machine weight will be confirmed after manufacturing.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Automatic or Manual Positioning in HBC-CP200
As an automatic busbar punching machine, the HBC-CP200 ES adds a programmable length stopper for repeatable hole placement, while the EH version uses a handy manual stopper for teams that prefer direct, hands-on control. Like the rest of the CP series, a laser center finder locates holes, a foot pedal can drive automatic-mode operation, and side rollers ease movement of the busbar through the machine. Both variants are Industry 4.0 ready.
More Muscle, Less Waiting Around
What sets the HBC-CP200 apart is how it treats cutting and punching as two jobs happening at once, not one after the other — thanks to two separate power packs running at 200 bar and drawing 8.5 kW combined. There’s no bending step in between, no shared bottleneck, and with 2 operators supported, both stations can run simultaneously. With a max punching die of Ø26 mm, the HBC-CP200 is built to handle heavier, wider busbar work without slowing down.
Bigger Bars, Your Call on the Stopper in HBC-CP200
At 200 × 20 mm, the HBC-CP200’s max busbar capacity outpaces the smaller CP models in the lineup, so thick copper and aluminum bars aren’t an issue, and the Ø26 mm max punching die gives you plenty of headroom for larger hole work. From there, it comes down to how hands-on you want to be: the ES stopper positions everything automatically, while the EH keeps it manual for teams that like direct control. Running on 380 VAC three-phase power at 50 Hz, filled with 60 L of hydraulic oil, and mounted on a fixed base with a footprint of 245 × 148 × 180 mm, it’s a setup built to fit into a modern, Industry 4.0-ready shop without much fuss.
