The HBC-B200-ES/EH handles busbars up to 200 × 20 mm in copper or aluminum, punching holes up to Ø26 mm across 14 available tool stations. Power comes from a robust hydraulic power pack rated at 12.5 kW and 200 bar, driving the machine’s cutting, punching, and bending functions — all available from a single unit, though performed one at a time rather than simultaneously, so operators move through each stage of the workflow in sequence without needing to switch machines. At 1700 kg and mounted on a wheel base, it’s built solid enough for continuous production yet mobile enough to reposition as your shop layout changes.

Connected, Compact, and Ready to Scale

Running on 380 VAC three-phase power at 50 Hz and fitting into a 225 × 148 × 187 cm footprint, the HBC-B200-ES/EH packs three-function capability into a space that would normally hold a single-function machine. Because the unit is self-contained and wheel-mounted, adding capacity to a line is as simple as positioning another HBC-B200-ES/EH alongside it — no redesign, no wasted floor space, just more throughput exactly where you need it.
