Manual and Automatic Models
The CFCM-30 comes in two models that differ in how they adjust to sheet thickness. The manual CFCM-30EH lets the operator set the machine for each thickness, keeping the price lower. The automatic CFCM-30ES adjusts its settings automatically for faster changeovers and less operator input.
Both run a PLC with a 7″ HMI, form 0.5–2 mm sheet, and share the same 1,200 kg industrial frame.
Supported Sheet Metal Types and Corner Forming Capacity
The CFCM-30 corner forming machine is suitable for processing several sheet metal materials commonly used in enclosure and cabinet manufacturing. It supports oiled ST12 steel from 0.8 to 2 mm, black ST37 steel from 1.5 to 2 mm, and stainless steel from 0.8 to 2 mm. During the forming process, the machine creates a precise 2 to 3 mm bend at the sheet corners, producing clean, strong, and weld-free joints. With interchangeable molds covering forming radii from 6 to 30 mm, the CFCM-30 can be adapted to different enclosure sizes and corner designs while maintaining consistent and repeatable results.
