Cut, Punch and Bend Copper & Aluminum Busbars
The HBC-PC120 that machine is part of our economical busbar machines lineup. handles all three core bus bar operations — cutting, punching and bending — on copper and aluminum up to 120 × 12 mm. Punching uses circle dies from M6 to M18, with oval and rectangle dies available as an option. An electronic bender controller with a high-accuracy encoder keeps bend angles consistent piece after piece.
Five Interchangeable Heads, Changed in Seconds
One machine, five quick-change heads: cutting, punching, bending, cable crimping and cable cutting. A hand-wheel raises and lowers the bus bar axis to seat each head correctly.
