What Is the HBC-B160?

The HBC-B160 is a single-power-pack Busbar machine that cuts, punches, and bends copper and aluminum bus bars up to 160 × 15 mm, handling each operation one by one. It shares the same economical Type-B design as the HBC-B120, but with the larger capacity needed for bigger bars. The result is a dependable bus bar processing machine for higher-current in-house work.

Bigger Busbars with HBC-B160: Up to 160 × 15 mm

The HBC-B160 steps up to larger busbar processing machinecopper and aluminum busbar up to 160 mm wide and 15 mm thick, for higher-current distribution boards and larger switchgear. A 230-bar system forms the thicker bar cleanly with Ø20 mm dies and a 14 mm bend radius. Choose it over the HBC-B120 for bars beyond 120 × 12 mm.

A single hydraulic power pack drives all three stations, so the HBC-B160 runs them sequentially, one operation at a time. This makes it an  affordable bus bar machine — lighter and lower-power than the simultaneous Type-A models. It’s well suited to workshops and busbar manufacturing companies that don’t need to perform the bending, punching, and cutting operations simultaneously and that operate with fewer operators.

Capacity only: the HBC-B160 processes bus bars up to 160 × 15 mm, the HBC-B120 up to 120 × 12 mm.
